Clive Williams

Clive Williams was born in Porthcawl on 2 November 1948 and educated at Porthcawl Comprehensive School. He worked as a plasterer and played at prop for Neath, Aberavon and Swansea. He represented Glamorgan against Australia in 1975, Aberavon against Argentina in 1976 and Swansea against New Zealand in 1980 and Australia in 1981. Between 1977 and 1983 he played in eight internationals for Wales and toured Spain with Wales B in 1983. In 1980 he played for England & Wales against Scotland & Ireland. He twice toured with the British Isles - to New Zealand in 1977 when he played in eight matches and scored one try, and South Africa in 1980 when his 13 appearances included the four tests and another try.
