Martin Frederick Turner

Martin Frederick Turner was born on 1 August 1921. In 1946 he won his Blue on the wing for Cambridge and later played for Old Whitgiftians.In 1948 he was uncapped when he played for the Barbarians against Australia but later that season played in two internationals for England. After his playing days he became a referee and was in charge of two Barbarians' matches in 1961 against South Africa and East Midlands. He also served on the RFU committee.
