Peter Alexander Stringer
Peter Alexander Stringer was born in Cork on 13 December 1977 and educated at Presentation Brothers College in the city. He played at scrum-half for Munster and his 200-plus appearances included the European Cup triumph in 2006 when he scored the match-winning try in the final.Between 2000 and 2011 he played in 98 internationals for Ireland. Having made his Barbarians' debut against Germany in 2000 he reappeared for the Club against Australia eleven years later. He also played for Ireland against the Barbarians in Limerick in 2010.
