Michael Gordon Skinner

Michael Gordon Skinner was born in Newcastle on 26 November 1958 and educated at Wallbottle Grammar School in Northumberland. He worked as a computer consultant for the Metropolitan Police. In club rugby he played at flank forward for Tynedale, Harlequins and had two spells with Blackheath. Between 1988 and 1992 he gained 21 caps for England. Micky Skinner captained the Barbarians against Cardiff in 1990.
