David Miller Durie Rollo

David Miller Durie Rollo was born on 7 July 1934 and educated at Bell-Baxter High School, Cupar, before working as a farmer in Fife. He gained 40 caps at prop between 1959 and 1968 and set a new record as Scotland's most-capped player. In 1960 he toured South Africa with Scotland and two years later returned there with the British Isles team, playing in 13 games. David Rollo's 14 appearances for the Barbarians between 1960 and 1970 included the match against Canada in 1962 and six Mobbs Memorial Matches when he was also captain in 1964 and 1966.
