James Menzies Renwick

James Menzies Renwick was born in Hawick on 12 February 1952 and educated at Hawick High School. He played club rugby for Hawick and was captain in 1975 and 1978. A fine attacking centre, Jim Renwick gained 52 caps for Scotland between 1972 and 1984 and scored eleven international tries. His six games for the Barbarians included the match against New Zealand at Cardiff in 1978.
