Michel Pomathios

Michel Pomathios was born in Bourg-en-Bresse on 18 March 1924. He played on the wing for Agen, Lyon and Bourg and in 24 internationals for France between 1948 and 1954. He worked as a commercial agent. He made history in l951 when he was the first French player to be invited on a Barbarians' Easter tour of Wales.
