Casey D. E. Laulala

Casey Daniel Eli Laulala was born in Moto'otua, Western Samoa, on 3 May 1982. He was educated in New Zealand at Wesley College, Auckland, and played club rugby at centre for Marist Albion. After making his provincial debut for Counties-Manukau he moved to Canterbury and went on to make 61 Super Rugby appearances for the Crusaders. In 2004 and 2006 he played in two tests for New Zealand and also played for the All Blacks against the Barbarians at Twickenham in 2004. Casey Laulala joined Cardiff Blues in 2009 and was a member of the side that won the European Challenge Cup in 2010. He joined Munster in 2012/13.
