Glen Warwick Jackson

Glen Warwick Jackson was born in Feilding on 23 October 1975 and educated at Olumoetai College. He played at fly-half for Bay of Plenty, Waikato Chiefs, New Zealand A and the Maori. In 175 first-class games in his native country he scored 1408 points and was named as one of the five Players of the Year in 2005 before moving to England to play for Saracens. After retiring from playing in 2010 he returned to New Zealand and took up refereeing. Within 12 months he had taken charge of a Super Rugby fixture and been appointed the Television Match Official at a New Zealand v Australia test match.
