Tries in successive games in 2016 against Australia and New Zealand reflected his power. Facundo Isa, a menacing runner with ball in hand, has taken Argentina regularly over the gain line and behind the opposing defence. Toulon recruited him at 19 on a two-year contract in 2013 and he is re-joining the club from Lyon next season. He appeared in six 2015 RWC matches.
