Troy Vandem Flavell

Troy Vandem Flavell was born in Otahuhu, New Zealand, on 4 November 1976 and educated at Massey High School. He played at lock and in the back row for North Harbour, the Chiefs and Auckland Blues and in club rugby in Japan. Between 2000 and 2007 he scored six tries in 22 tests for New Zealand. He also played 11 times for New Zealand Maori. In 2007 Troy Flavell was a replacement in the Barbarian team that beat South Africa at Twickenham.
