Keith John Fielding

Keith John Fielding was born in Birmingham on 8 July 1949 and educated at King Edward's, Five Ways, and Loughborough College where he qualified as a teacher. A wing blessed with true pace he was a devastating sevens' player. He played club rugby for Moseley and gained 10 caps for England between 1969 and 1970 before switching to rugby league with Salford in 1973. His six tries in as many games for the Barbarians included a hat-trick against Penarth in 1970.
