Clive Enoch Davis

Clive Enoch Davis was born in Tredegar on 17 September 1949 and educated at Blackwood Secondary Modern School. He worked as a brewery engineer and later coached Ebbw Vale. He played at lock and No 8 for Newbridge and was club captain in 1975/76 and from 1978 to 1980. He played for Wales B against France B in 1977 before winning the first of three caps for Wales in Australia in June 1978. On that tour he played in five matches and two years later on tour to North America his four games for the Wales XV included the uncapped tests againat USA and Canada.
