David Alexander Cooke

David Alexander Cooke was born on 10 February 1949 and educated at Gravesend Grammar School. He played at centre for Harlequins, Northampton and Bletchley. He was selected for the 1973 England tour to Argentina but it was cancelled. Three years later he eventually gained the first of his four England caps in the match against Wales at Twickenham.
