Christopher John Budgen

Christopher James Budgen was born in Hamilton, New Zealand, on 21 January 1973. He played at prop for Exeter Chiefs and, as a lance-corporal in the Royal Welsh Guards, played over 30 times for the Army and also for Combined Services against the Barbarians. In recognition of his long service, he was invited to play for the Barbarians in 2012 . . . a year later he again turned out for the opposition in the Remembrance Match.
