Barbarian F.C Men have named a power-packed squad containing 20 internationals from 12 different nations ahead of Saturday’s clash with Wales at Allianz Stadium Twickenham.
Following yesterday’s announcement of double Rugby World Cup winners Faf de Klerk and Vincent Koch, and Wallabies giant Lukhan Salakaia – Loto, more star names have linked up with the famous international club, including fellow South African Jeremy Ward.
A quartet of France internationals, led by 49 cap enforcer Romain Taofifenua, with Jordan Joseph, Tom Spring, Yoan Tanga are also added by Scott Robertson.
Twenty-two cap former England number eight Nathan Hughes returns to his former stomping ground and is joined by Bristol Bears’ livewire hooker Harry Thacker. Georgia’s Gia Kharaishvili, USA international Jack Iscaro and Samoa prop Paul Alo-Emile add further international quality.
The Barbarians take on Wales after scoring five tries against the reigning world champions at Nelson Mandela Stadium last weekend.
