Cliff Morgan, one of the most charismatic men of post-war rugby, has died at the age of 83. Long regarded as one of the greatest fly-halves to play the game for Cardiff, Wales and the 1955 Lions, Morgan was also closely associated with the Barbarians on and off the field.

DEATH OF LEGEND CLIFF MORGAN
His 17 games for the Barbarians included six as captain, a unique hat-trick of appearances against South Africa, New Zealand and Australia between 1952 and 1958, and the Club's two pioneering tours overseas to Canada in 1957 and South Africa the following year.
His memorable television commentaries included the Barbarians' victories over South Africa in 1961 and New Zealand in 1973.
Cliff Morgan's death on 28 August 2013 led to a massive response in tributes from across the sporting and broadcasting worlds.
